Turn a spot On or Off

Every spot and song tile has an On/Off switch. Off tiles stay saved but get skipped on air — perfect for seasonal spots you want to keep on hand.

Before you start

Find the tile on your dashboard

Open the zone the spot or song lives on. In the grid, dimmed tiles are Off and skipped on air; bright ones are On.

Look at the toggle below the tile

Just under the Preview link sits a pill-shaped On/Off switch. Green = On (it plays), Grey = Off (it’s skipped).

Click the toggle to flip it

Click the pill to flip it. The tile dims or brightens right away and the change saves itself — no Save button needed.

Push the change to players

Click the green UPDATE button in the sidebar so players grab the new state — they refresh in about 5–15 seconds. See Sync your players.

Tips & Common Issues

•Off doesn’t delete. The spot keeps its recording and flips back On anytime — great for seasonal promos.
•All tiles Off means the zone plays nothing — the player falls back to the last active zone.
•Use Off to park seasonal spots (Halloween, Mother’s Day, holiday hours) without clearing them out.
