2. Information you give us

• Audio you upload or create — recordings you make, text you enter to be voiced, and any audio files you upload. This is your content; we store it so your station can play it.
• Station configuration — your station name, schedules, zones and playlists.
• Support messages — anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card number.

3. Information collected automatically

• Technical and connection data — IP address, browser type and device information each time you sign in or a player connects.
• Approximate location — derived from IP address, used to detect unusual account access.
• Playback records — which audio played, when, and in which zone. Used to show you station activity and to keep the service working correctly.
• Session activity — when a player started and stopped, and how long a station was on air.
• Signup attempts — IP address and email address of signup attempts, retained to prevent automated abuse.

4. Why we use it

• To provide the service — playing your audio on your schedule, in your zones.
• To take payment and manage your subscription.
• To answer your support requests.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent fraudulent or automated signups.
• To send service messages about your account, billing or outages.

5. Who we share it with
