Create an announcement spot
Announcement spots are short spoken messages that play between songs — think "Now Hiring", "Open Late Friday", or "Free Wi-Fi." You can build one in under 3 minutes.

Before you start

Pick the Announcement template
Open Create Content from the sidebar and grab the Announcement card from the audio template picker. -

Write the script
Type what the announcer should say — 1–2 sentences is the sweet spot ("We’re hiring! Ask any team member for details."). Write it the way you’d say it out loud; the voice reads it word for word. -

Pick a voice and generate
Choose a voice and delivery style that fits the message — warm, upbeat, or announcer-style. Click Generate, wait a few seconds, then hit play to preview. Not right? Tweak the script or style and generate again. -

Save, toggle On, and push
Hit Save — the spot lands as a tile on the current zone. Flip its toggle to On, then click the green UPDATE button in the sidebar to push it to your players. See Sync your players.
Tips & Common Issues
- •Read the script out loud before generating — if it sounds clunky spoken, rewrite it.
- •Spell out numbers and abbreviations the way you want them said ("four to seven PM", not "4-7pm").
- •Build seasonal announcements (holiday hours, events) once, then just toggle them On/Off each year instead of rebuilding.
