Create audio spots from templates
Audio spot templates turn a short script into a studio-quality voice recording — announcements, ads, alerts, and self-updating Time, Weather, and Motivation spots.

Before you start
- Logged in to your dashboard

Open Create Content
In the dashboard sidebar, click the blue Create content button. The audio template picker opens in the main area. -

Pick a template type
You’ll see a card for each spot type, and each one fits a different job:
• Announcement — a quick spoken message ("Now Hiring", "We're Open Late Friday")
• Advertisement — a promo spot with the offer and a call-to-action
• Alert / Breaking — urgent notices that cut through the music
• Time Check — announces the current time and refreshes itself automatically
• Motivation — a rotating motivational line, refreshed hourly
• Weather — a self-updating local weather spot
Click whichever card matches your goal. -

Write the script and pick a voice
Type what the spot should say (dynamic templates pre-fill their script), then choose a voice and delivery style. Click Generate and the studio voice renders in a few seconds — hit play to preview. -

Save it to a zone
Save the spot and it lands as a tile on the current zone, joining that zone’s rotation between songs. Dynamic spots show an auto-refresh badge and keep themselves current on air.
Tips & Common Issues
- •Not sure? Announcement is the safe default for any short spoken message.
- •Keep scripts under 2–3 sentences — short spots keep the music flowing.
- •Dynamic spots (Time, Weather, Motivation) re-record themselves — set them once and forget them.
- •Make several versions of a promo and let the rotation vary them so regulars don’t hear the exact same spot every visit.
